Servings: 12 servings @ 0.5 mg THC per serving

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2@3 endive
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 peppers
  • 100 g. Mascarpone
  • roasted hazelnuts
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) Finefleur oil (See recipe)

Preparation

01 Cut the carrots, apple and peppers into brunoise.

02 In a bowl, add the lemon juice to the mascarpone. Stir in the brunoise. Add the Finefleur oil. Mix well.

03 Divide the mixture into 12 endive leaves. Decorate with roasted hazelnuts. Enjoy!
