- 2 avocados
- 60 ml (4 tblsp.) of good quality cocoa
- 90 ml (6 tblsp.) of powdered sugar
- 15 ml (1 tblsp.) olive oil
- Chopped pistachios
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) Finefleur oil
01 Put the avocado pulp, cocoa and sugar in the food processor. Add olive oil and Finefleur oil. Mix until smooth.
02 Divide into 12 portions in small cups.
03 Garnish with raspberries and pistachio.
